Sustainability and social investment senior professional with experience in strategic level initiatives, governance and policy design. Relevant international experience and relationships with knowledge of Latin American and African infrastructure and energy markets.   He worked as corporate sustainability head at AES Brasil and CPFL Energia, major Brazilian energy utilities and InterCement, a global building materials manufacturer. Previously, he was the Executive-Director of AES Institute and board member of Fundación Loma Negra, in Argentina. Luiz is a PhD candidate in Sustainable Development Policies and Climate Change, University of Lisbon, Portugal. He holds a master in Ecological Economics from the University of Edinburgh (UK), with support from Chevening Scholarship, a BA in Business Management (FGV-EASP) and a BA in International Relations from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil.

MBA from the FGV-EASP and Kenan-Flagler Business School (University of North Carolina), BA in Naval Engeneering from the University of Sao Paulo.

Pedro Scaramuzza

Brand strategist with a focus on purpose and sustainability, with 15 years work experience, in the key agencies in the Brazilian market - F/Nazca, Grey, Africa, Publicis, DPZ&T – engaged in projects related to global brands strategies such as Procter & Gamble, Philips, Heinz, Eudora, Avon, Itaú, Vivo, Brahma, Tramontina, among others. Pedro has entrepreneur experience, founding an education startup, focused on training and access to the work market, and being a partner of Tembici, the leading mobility and bike-sharing company in Latin America. He has a BA in Management, with a focus on marketing, and extension courses of Corporate Sustainability at Harvard Extension School - US, and Business as Force for Good, at Schumacher College, UK. He lives in New York and develops projects in brand strategy and positioning.
